Shipping & Returns

Hong Kong Domestic Shipping 

All order will be dispatched within 4 working days after order confirmation. 
All orders with a Hong Kong delivery address will be shipped via SF-Express with tracking. Approximately 1-3 working days to arrive.

All shipping costs are calculated and added to the order total at checkout. 

  

International Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days after order confirmation. All international orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post E-Express with tracking. It will take approximately 7-14 working days to arrive. Please aware there might be delays due to covid situations.


Please bear in mind, you may be charged for local import duties and customs on the arrival of the goods in your country. 


The cost will depend on the weight of the item you’re purchasing. All shipping costs are calculated and added to the order total at checkout. 

 

Refund 

I do not offer returns. Please be aware each ceramic piece is handmade along with some unique flaws, but if your item does in fact get lost in the mail, I can offer replacement or refund. 

Damaged items

If your print gets damaged during shipment, I can offer refund or replacement.

Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified. Occasionally (especially for larger orders) the shipping carrier will want to collect and inspect the damage prior to approving a claim.

Wrong items
I wish I could work like a robot. If I send you the wrong item, email me with a picture of what I sent you and we will get you the right one.

Delays 

Please kindly note, dettyfingers will not be held accountable for delays, lost or stolen packages on all orders in transit. We will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from dettyfingers, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit, if any.

*TIP: If you are sending a gift, please be sure the recipient is aware that a package is on the way.
